Enjoy some relaxing and inspiring guided meditations in the comfort of your home


​Create a comfortable space and make sure that you won't be disturbed. Lie down or sit on a chair and cover yourself with a blanket. During the guided meditations, I may invite you to visualise something within your mind. Sometimes an image may come to your awareness. Other times you may simply have a feeling or a sense of the experience/object of the visualisation. You can describe it with words as well, and that is fine too.


Taking some time to relax and recharge our system is one of the most precious gift that we can offer to ourselves. Enjoy the experience with open heart and mind.
