The workshop offers a creative and relaxing opportunity to engage with the natural world and rediscover the beauty and richness of our inner landscape. The event is in collaboration with Dovelight Wellbeing Centre, and is part of the Thrive Fest#4. The event is funded by Thrive Edinburgh.

After the positive feedback we received last year, we have decided to offer this workshop again and to expand it further into a half-day experience!

The connection with our core self can help us to see and perceive life through different lenses. With our eyes open and our senses awakened, the heart can regain its natural capacity to experience unity.

Our relationship with mother nature can restore the balance between our inner and outer reality. It allows us to retrieve a sense of belonging and access a more supportive ground for our growth and cultural transformation.

The event offers a creative and relaxing opportunity to engage with the natural world and rediscover the beauty and richness of our inner landscape. It combines guided visualisations, movement practices, nature connection, and intuitive art. Through the creative process, we can deepen our relationship with the natural world, and through the connection with nature, we can awaken our capacity to create. The creative process combined with nature connection practices also expands our ability to connect with ourselves, our community, and the world around us.

The workshop is facilitated by Elisa and Palma, a Movement & Wellbeing Practitioner/Counsellour based in Perthshire https://creativepalma.co.uk/

Our location: Dovelight Wellbeing Centre, 201 Colinton Road, Edinburgh EH14 1BJ https://dovelight.org.uk/
