Creating Art in a Sacred Space

Embodying Nature

Online Course

5th May - 26th May, 6-8pm

The four weeks course will focus on the connection with nature and will use the four elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air) to journey through different aspects of the Self. When we embody nature we are free to be who we are and can connect with the deepest and sacred part of ourselves. Through guided imagery, intuitive painting, and free writing we will gently explore our lives, creating the space to let go of the old and welcome the new.

When we make art in a sacred space we have the chance to go a little bit deeper and to fully explore our creative energy. The space is supporting and holding us tightly so that we can move through the entire process with ease and grace.

Download Zoom before the class

If you don't have acrylic paint you can use oil pastels or crayons too. However, some paint will allow for more freedom during the process. If you don't a big sheet of paper you can also stick some A4 together with some masking tape on the back.

Set up your computer or mobile device in the same room as your painting area so that the camera is facing your painting and you also have some space to sit for the guided meditation and short intro chat.

If you need to order some paint below you have a list of some websites I normally use. Amazon is also absolutely fine and at this time deliveries might be quicker. I included good quality paint and basic one, but any brand will do.
